ezAutocare's
Award Of Excellence rating system.
Here are the rules:
The
site must contain land vehicle related information.
This
means they actively have information focusing specifically on any of the
following Motorcycles, Cars, Trucks, & Mopeds.
Information
could be pages on products, news, sports, registration, insurance, articles,
jokes, humor parodies, stories, enthusiasts, industry groups, and pictures
to name a few.
For
instance the following sites would be okay:
1)
An Insurance Company Site with pages related to there Auto Insurance Offerings
2)
A vinyl repair product site which shows the use on repairing hoods.
3)
A TV Station site with pages related to a Motorcycle racing show.
4)
A personal homepage with a story about the owner's car breaking down.
5)
A carwash site
6)
A classified ad site with pages devotes solely to selling cars.
7)
A Newspaper site which has a weekly section focusing on Trucks.
8)
A car rental agency.
While
following sites would not:
1)
A personal homepage which only uses a picture of a motorcycle as a logo
2)
A classified ad site with general pages which may include car and products.
3)
Insurance site which only mentions it's automotive products in passing.
4)
A newspaper site which only happens to have a car article on it.
Freedom
of speech is an extremely important right of all citizens. However, all
citizens also have a right to live without being molested verbally, visually,
emotionally or physically. While some proponents of absolute and total
freedom of speech place that right above seemingly
all
other citizen rights, we are not here to make judgement on that opinion.
In fact, we understand the reasons why many feel so strongly about freedom
of speech in light of abuses by many past and present governments. The
purpose of this Rated Award is simply to offer a clear indication of quality
of vehicle related site. This means under no circumstance will sites
catering or promoting sexual material, pornography, racism or violence
be judged.
Please
note all sites will be judged by our panel on the following criteria:

Speed

Browser
Compatiability

Overall
quality of usefulness or fun
4 Stars is our
Highest award and most difficult to earn.
All sites which actively have information focusing
on vehicles will be rated, if nominated.
You
will be contacted by email with the award once our panel has rated your
site.
All
newly rated sites will appear in our what's new section of the ezAutoCare
Newz each week.
Should
your site be reworked, you may reapply for a higher rating. |
